LIVING WITH CAPITAL AND INVESTMENT?
Buy Art of the New Leipzig School!
To live in peace of mind with a special capital and value investment should be the goal of all of us, no burglar even recognises the oil paintings and sculptural works of the artist Diana Achtzig from the HGB Leipzig, all philistines only rob the gold and money of their victims, says the gallery owner Dietrich Willerscheid in his expert report.
Which gallery presents the erotica, portrait paintings and nude paintings by Diana Achtzig - HGB Leipzig?
The New Leipzig School (graduates of the Leipzig Academy of Visual Arts) has long since advanced to become a widely known and very special brand on the international art market and the positions of this art movement of modern painting are particularly sought after by art collectors and art patrons of foundations from all over the world. Of course, this also applies to the brightly coloured erotic portraits with young girls, nude paintings, e.g. Madonna with Child, and erotica with a back nude picture of a young man in acrylic and oil paints on canvas by Diana Achtzig, which art collectors can buy in the Berlin Achtzig Art Gallery for Contemporary Art at Weißenhöher Str. 14 in 12683 Berlin Biesdorf under the new artistic direction of gallery owner Dietrich Willerscheid.
Diana Achtzig's hand-painted originals have already been purchased by art collectors from southern Germany, for example, Halle, Dresden, Leipzig, Erfurt, Weimar, Bamberg, Frankfurt am Main, Regensburg, Cologne, Stuttgart, Munich, Baden Baden and Baden Baden, and the demand for her ecologically valuable works of art is far from dwindling, but rather continues to grow. Even from Berlin's famous Friedrichstraße, Leipzigerstraße, Brunnenstraße, Anklamer Straße, Auguststraße, Torstraße, Linienstraße, Bleibtreustraße, Schlüterstraße, Kantstraße, Giesebrechtstraße, Lietzenburger Straße, Wielandstraße and the Kudamm (Kurfürstenstraße), art collectors are happy to pay higher prices just to buy one more original painting on a recycled canvas by Diana Achtzig for their art collection. After the fall of the Wall in 1989, Berlin's art scene experienced an enormous boom and artists from East Germany in particular flocked to the modern art market after their many years of involuntary isolation.
Does this art purchase have a high increase in value on a par with real estate and shares?
For the artists from the Leipzig Academy of Visual Arts in particular (Wächterstraße 11, 04107 Leipzig), the turn of the century was a time of new beginnings and the interest of collectors and curators, e.g. from Hamburg, Oldenburg, Bremen, Hafelberg, Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Lisbon, Paris, London, New York, Texas, Las Vegas and Miami, as well as from Switzerland in Geneva, Zurich and Basel, was quickly directed towards the painters of the younger generation, for whom the term "New Leipzig School" became established. At the beginning of the 2000s, the young artists of the New Leipzig School caused a sensation at art fairs, in museums and in galleries, and within a very short time they were extremely sought after by collectors. In the meantime, the art of the New Leipzig School is being traded at record prices and promises a high long-term increase in value on a par with real estate and shares, confirms the new gallery owner Dietrich Willerscheid of the Berlin Achtzig Art Gallery. The artist Diana Achtzig is one of the most important representatives of the renowned painting of the New Leipzig School and thus of modern painting or contemporary art. It is not without reason that, for example, the owners, shareholders or members of US-American foundations buy up the new abstract oil paintings, hand-painted unique works by Diana Achtzig from the years 2022 - 2023. See the interview in Art-Magazine by journalist and art scholar Barrie von Ashburner of 16.12.2022 with the art collector and foundation owner of the Schmidtman private collection at: Art-Magazine.Eu/en/ US-American-foundation-and-art-collection Schmidtman. Now this artist is firmly part of the collection's holdings.
Does the reputation of an art collector increase with art purchases?
To perceive the essence of a young girl in front of a landscape in classical modern and contemporary art and to express it pictorially with high-quality colours in an erotic portrait and nude painting is the greatest challenge for every acrylic and oil painter. Especially when it is paired with sensitivity and sensuality, according to the editor, presenter and journalist Andreas Ulrich in the art magazine of the editorial team of the evening magazine "Zipp" of RBB television. His first TV contribution made the artist even more famous in 2020. The second TV contribution came from the TV station TV Berlin. The TV presenter Rick Schütze also found out that this kind of art sells very well, he even met an art buyer in the gallery. The third television contribution came from the production Mittenmang TV and was broadcast several times on Alex TV in Berlin. Diana Achtzig is also known from a ZDF TV feature about her gallery in Brunnenstraße, from Monopol Magazin, a newspaper article from Berliner Abendblatt and Berliner Woche, and from the Volksstimme in Havelberg (https://www.volksstimme.de/lokal/havelberg/bulldogge-spielt-mit-ente-3192994).
Her new gallery owner, Dietrich Willerscheid, says that these completely new paintings achieve a very special aura with the viewer, the graceful, slightly abstract figuration immediately fascinates the interested art buyers of the new Leipzig school, already because the television stations and art magazines regularly report on this artist. Furthermore, all erotica not only achieve an enormous increase in value but also bring the buyer the admiration of his art collector friends, i.e. a greater image, and then often even surpass the expected returns at international auctions, e.g. at Sotheby's Auctions (Lietzenburger Str. 93-95, 10719 Berlin) or Phillips Auctions in London (30 Berkeley Square, London W1J 6EX, United Kingdom).
Which erotica by Diana Achtzig are currently for sale in the art gallery?
The new nudes by Diana Achtzig show the beauty and grace of the female body from her œuvre from the years 2022 - 2023, which showed, for example, a young girl throwing a pink ball to a black and white cat stretching up. The title of the first painting is "Nude painting of a young girl with cat and ball" this mural was finished on 01.01.2023 with acrylic colours. A second finished artwork is: "Madonna with Child" as an erotic nude painting in front of a bright landscape. An acrylic painting from this year with the following date: 01.02.2023. The final third painting offers the viewer and art collector a nude depiction of a male rear view. All the acrylic and oil paintings described were painted on a recycled canvas.
In her graceful portraits of young girls and women, Diana Achtzig displays a painterly sensitivity and artistic intuition that many contemporary German painters strive for in modern art, but which only very few have mastered. The oil painter succeeds like hardly anyone else in virtuously bringing to light the inner depths of her motifs on the canvas and working them out in an abstract-figurative manner in her acrylic and oil paintings. At the same time, Diana Achtzig approaches the motifs of her portraits in an unusually sensual way and thus pays homage to the beauty and grace of the female body. The sensitivity and sensuality of her erotically connoted portraits and erotica are paired with a perfectly balanced construction of the pictorial spaces, thus creating an inimitable harmony of composition in Achtzig's artworks. So it is hardly surprising that art collectors reward the high virtuosity of her acrylic paintings and oil paintings with steady purchases. After all, the German painter, professor and graphic artist Arno Rink (1940-2017) was her role model and professor at the HGB Leipzig.
Should art buyers always register with the gallery by phone or email?
Art historical references to Achtzig's art paintings include the following German painter Bernhard Heisig (1925-2011), German painter and university lecturer Neo Rauch (1960) and German painter and graphic artist Willi Sitte 1921-2013, as well as Dutch painter Jan Vermeer van Delft (1632-1675). Her gallery owner Dietrich Willerscheid says the following about Diana Achtzig's art sales: Even art collectors who otherwise only shop for classical modern and contemporary art at art KARLSRUHE in the exhibition and trading centre in Rheinstetten in Baden-Württembergin der Messeallee 1 in 76287 Rheinstetten, call his art gallery in Berlin very quickly on the following mobile number: 0178 4482997 to then drive out to Berlin Biesdorf to buy art, because if they really like an erotic painting, it has often already been sold again to another buyer within just a few days. That's the one thing art collectors can't stand, when they can't buy a certain painting because they waited far too long to buy it.
Conclusion
Living happily with this special capital and value investment should interest us all! Buying high-quality artworks of the New Leipzig School (HGB Leipzig) by the painter and sculptor Diana Achtzig and displaying them in one's own living space means that thieves will no longer have easy prey. Often these wonderful works of art remain hanging. The owners can also still deduct their art purchases from their taxes, as furnishings for the client area or in their own workrooms, and they enjoy these acrylic paintings every day!
I would like to thank gallery owner Dietrich Willerscheid for the interview and Diana Achtzig for her cooperation.
